Panchakarma is classical Ayurveda's clinical reset protocol — mentioned in the Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita, texts older than most modern hospitals. It's a controlled clinical procedure that clears accumulated toxins (Ama) and resets digestive fire (Agni).

Our doctors have run thousands of Panchakarmas at our Yuvrit centers in Bangalore. We've watched patients come in with chronic gut, skin, metabolic and hormonal issues — and leave lighter, more energetic, and most importantly, with their root cause addressed.

For general wellness and moderate digestive issues, we've adapted the classical protocol for home. It draws from Sadhyo Virechana — a guided, single-day therapeutic reset referenced in classical texts, adapted for home use under doctor supervision.
