These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the No Cost EMI facility offered by Santutthi Health Private Limited, operating under the brand name Yuvrit Ayurveda (“Yuvrit”, “we”, “us” or “our”), for eligible treatment and wellness package payments made through Cashfree. By selecting the No Cost EMI option and completing the transaction, the customer/patient agrees to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1. The No Cost EMI facility is available only on eligible transactions of ₹15,000 or more.
2. The facility is applicable only towards eligible Yuvrit Treatments and Wellness Packages.
3. The No Cost EMI facility is not applicable towards:
   
   Doctor consultations;
   Ayurvedic medicines or other medication purchases;
   Any other products or services specifically excluded by Yuvrit.
   
   

Eligibility for the No Cost EMI facility is subject to the payment method, card, issuing bank, lender and EMI options available through Cashfree at the time of payment.

Availability of No Cost EMI does not guarantee approval of EMI financing by the issuing bank or lender.

2. Available EMI Tenures

Eligible customers may choose from the following No Cost EMI tenures, subject to availability at the time of payment:

• 3 months
• 6 months

The tenure selected and successfully processed at the time of payment will be final for the purposes of the Yuvrit No Cost EMI offer.

3. How No Cost EMI Works

Under the No Cost EMI facility, the issuing bank or lender may charge interest on the EMI transaction in accordance with its applicable terms and interest rates.

Yuvrit provides an upfront discount corresponding to the applicable EMI interest amount, such that the benefit of the interest component is borne by Yuvrit, subject to these Terms.

The exact EMI amount, interest computation and repayment schedule will be determined by the customer's issuing bank or lender.

4. Bank Charges, GST and Other Charges

The No Cost EMI benefit provided by Yuvrit applies only to the eligible EMI interest component covered through the discount offered by Yuvrit.

Any additional amounts charged by the bank, lender, payment provider or government shall be borne entirely by the customer/patient. These may include, without limitation:

• EMI processing fees;
• Convenience or administrative charges imposed by the bank or lender;
• GST or other taxes applicable on EMI interest;
• GST applicable on processing or other bank charges;
• Late payment charges;
• Penal interest;
• Card-related charges;
• Foreclosure or pre-closure charges; and
• Any other statutory, regulatory, banking or lender charges.

Yuvrit shall not be liable to reimburse any such amounts.

5. Participating Banks and Payment Methods

No Cost EMI is available only through eligible payment methods and participating banks/lenders supported through Cashfree at the time of the transaction.

Eligible banks, cards, EMI types and tenures may change from time to time based on Cashfree, issuing bank or lender availability.

Customers should review the EMI details displayed during payment before completing the transaction.

6. Where the Facility Is Available

The No Cost EMI facility may be used for eligible Yuvrit Treatments and Wellness Packages across Yuvrit clinics where payment is collected through an eligible:

• Cashfree payment link;
• Cashfree-enabled payment form; or
• Other Cashfree payment interface specifically made available by Yuvrit.

The offer is subject to availability of the No Cost EMI option on the relevant payment page.

7. Other Offers and Discounts

The No Cost EMI facility cannot be combined with any other Yuvrit offer, promotion, discount, coupon or promotional pricing, unless Yuvrit specifically states otherwise in writing for a particular offer.

Where a customer is eligible for multiple offers, Yuvrit may require the customer to select one applicable offer.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation or refund of a Treatment or Wellness Package purchased using No Cost EMI will be subject to Yuvrit's applicable cancellation and refund policies.

In addition, the following No Cost EMI cancellation/refund fee will apply to the transaction amount:

The applicable cancellation/refund fee may be deducted from any refundable amount payable to the customer.

Any treatment, therapy, service or benefit already availed by the customer may also be deducted or adjusted in accordance with Yuvrit's applicable cancellation/refund policy before determining the final refundable amount.

A refund issued by Yuvrit does not automatically cancel or close the customer's EMI arrangement with the bank or lender.

The manner in which a refund is adjusted against outstanding EMIs, card balances or loan accounts will be governed by the policies and timelines of the issuing bank or lender.

9. EMI Cancellation, Pre-Closure and Foreclosure

The EMI arrangement is between the customer and the relevant issuing bank or lender. Any request to:

• Cancel the EMI;
• Prepay the EMI;
• Foreclose the EMI;
• Change the EMI tenure; or
• Modify the repayment schedule

must be taken up directly by the customer with the relevant bank or lender.

Any charges, interest adjustments, taxes or penalties arising from such cancellation, pre-closure or foreclosure shall be borne entirely by the customer. Yuvrit shall have no responsibility for such charges.

10. EMI Approval and Repayment

Approval of an EMI transaction is at the sole discretion of the customer's issuing bank or lender. Yuvrit and Cashfree do not control the bank's credit assessment, eligibility criteria, EMI approval or credit limits.

Once an EMI transaction has been successfully processed, the customer remains responsible for timely payment of all EMIs and other amounts due to the issuing bank or lender.

Any consequences of delayed or missed EMI payments, including late fees, penal interest, credit bureau reporting or other action by the bank/lender, are solely between the customer and the relevant bank/lender.

11. Treatment Eligibility

Availability of No Cost EMI is a payment facility only and does not determine a patient's medical suitability for any treatment or wellness program.

All treatments remain subject to consultation, clinical assessment and the treating doctor's recommendation wherever applicable.

Where a treatment cannot be continued or is modified for clinical reasons, any refund or adjustment will be dealt with in accordance with Yuvrit's applicable treatment cancellation/refund policy and these Terms.

12. Failed or Reversed Transactions

If an EMI transaction fails, is reversed, declined or is not successfully converted into EMI by the issuing bank or lender, Yuvrit shall not be responsible for providing the No Cost EMI benefit unless the eligible transaction is subsequently completed through the approved No Cost EMI payment method.

Customers should contact their issuing bank or lender for queries relating to EMI conversion or posting of the transaction.

13. Responsibility of Customer

Before completing the payment, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• The treatment/package amount;
• EMI tenure selected;
• Monthly EMI displayed;
• Applicable bank interest;
• No Cost EMI discount;
• Processing fees, if any;
• GST and other charges, if any; and
• The issuing bank/lender's EMI terms and conditions.

Completion of the transaction will be treated as acceptance of the applicable payment and EMI terms.

14. Changes or Withdrawal of the Facility

Yuvrit reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or withdraw the No Cost EMI facility, including its:

• Minimum transaction value;
• Eligible treatments/packages;
• EMI tenures;
• Applicable discount;
• Participating payment methods; and
• Other terms,

at any time, subject to applicable law.

Any transaction already successfully completed prior to such modification or withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms applicable to that transaction.

15. Relationship With Cashfree and Banks

Cashfree acts as the payment technology/payment processing provider for eligible transactions.

The EMI financing facility is provided by the relevant issuing bank or lender.

Yuvrit does not control and shall not be responsible for the independent terms, policies, systems, processing timelines or decisions of Cashfree, the issuing bank or lender.

16. Limitation of No Cost EMI Benefit

For clarity, “No Cost EMI” refers to Yuvrit providing a benefit against the eligible interest component of the EMI through an applicable discount.

It does not mean that the customer will never incur any additional cost whatsoever.

Processing fees, GST, taxes, late fees, foreclosure charges and other amounts levied independently by the bank, lender or government may still be payable by the customer.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Yuvrit No Cost EMI offer.

18. General

In the event of any inconsistency between these No Cost EMI Terms and the terms communicated for a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only to the extent expressly stated.

These Terms are in addition to Yuvrit's general treatment, payment, cancellation and refund policies and the applicable terms of Cashfree, the issuing bank and/or lender.
