Medicinal steam follows, opening the pores and driving the oil deeper into the tissues. The body arrives at a place of genuine physical ease.

Second Hour - Shirodhara

  • With the body fully relaxed, a continuous stream of warm oil flows onto the forehead for a full hour, calming the nervous system at its root, lowering cortisol, and bringing the mind to a stillness that effort alone cannot produce.
